Cleansed to Empty

Body, mind and soul clearing. Release the chatter and overwhelm. Feel at peace.
4

As an ADHD woman, my mind isn’t empty very often.

And when my mind overflows, it's like it spills over into my body.

It's like all that overflow is controlling my body with wriggly, irritable overstimulation.

In this meditation, we'll be emptying that all out.

Whether you have ADHD or are neurodivergent at all, and even if you’re not, we are emptying it all out.

A quick reminder for anyone who doesn’t know, or in case you forget:

You do not need to be able to visualize what is being spoken, in order for the impact to be had.

Trust the process. Believe what is being spoken is what is happening. Allow it to happen.

If you decide it’s not working, then it won’t.

Remember you can slow it down if you need more time, speed it up if your mind is trying to race ahead, or pause it to steep in the energies for as long as you want, at any time.

Turning off the noise in our fast-paced world, even for ten minutes, is a game changer. Give it a chance.

I’m making this a free post/meditation/track drop, because I believe everyone needs this practice desperately right now.

So enjoy, it’s my gift to you.
