Ocean of Intuition - Clearing & Accessing Meditation

Cleared. Released. Support called in. Protected. Accessing the deepest wellspring of your intuition.

Within us all is all of the knowledge and power of the universe.

We are all able to access the wisdom of Source/God/Goddess/universe with practice at will by tuning into our intuition.

I know this, because once upon a time I didn’t believe it, and now I’ve learned it so well I use it every day, receiving messages from spirit, accessing wisdom beyond my years or experience, and feeling the constant comfort of being part of all.

In this meditation, you will release control over outcomes and receive the divine help that so often we do not make use of, to solve our problems. When we release the outcomes and allow the inspiration to come through, everything resolves itself as if by magic, with little to no effort on your part.

I invite you now to tune in with me to your personal, inner ocean of intuition.

(Note if you’re one of my neurodiverse friends, you might want to speed the audio above up or slow it down, depending on the state of your mind in that moment.

I record a little faster than many creators, because I know my neurodiverse mind can’t focus when it’s too slow! It leaves time for my mind to drift and wander.)

Today, we will gather up all that doesn’t serve you, and visit the place where all of creation, life, and ideas are born. We will give your worries to the void, the universal knowledge that lives within you as a part of the whole - the all, to be taken care of by the same wisdom as that which tells the stars how to shine, the earth to spin, an egg to hatch, a rose to bloom, a heart to beat…

…and open you up to receive deep, source help with your troubles.

You will be surrounded with help and holding.

My hope with this meditation is that you are left with a little bit of peace, and silence, even just for a few minutes, an hour, a few hours…

In the silence, in the void, in the peace - while it may be uncomfortable at first (especially if you’re too used to constant noise and chaos) - all solutions are born. All of creation happens.

The more often you are able to connect with this stillness, the more easily you will be able to access your intuitive knowing, and make choices and build plans, from that place; instead of from fear, force, and panic.

Slowly, so slowly, this will transform your life. This is the benefit, the blessing of meditation and mindfulness, yes - even with ADHD*.

*and other neuro-diversities - I want to acknowledge that sometimes I might only say ADHD. This is only because that is my path, personally… with a possible layer of AuADHD/PDA but I’m unsure.

Sometimes I don’t remember to list other types or say neurodiversity instead of only ADHD but in all cases I have found that it applies. I don’t want to police myself overly with this, so I am acknowledging here that sometimes this may happen without acknowledgement.

HOWEVER - despite my belief that mindfulness and meditation is helpful in some form, for EVERYONE - I don’t fully know the solutions for every neurotype. I would LOVE for you to share (in the comments or the paid chat) what has worked for you!
